Shaimaa is an Egyptian artist residing in Rockton, Illinois. After a career in accounting and business administration, Shaimaa pursued her love for art and received her second bachelor degree in fine art from Alexandria University.

 

Her inspiration and favorite subject to draw and paint is derived from nature whether it’s marine life, plants and landscapes. Shaimaa has experience with different mediums and printmaking techniques but her preferred ones are graphite, colored pencils, watercolors and ink.
